In December 2019, I called my cousin, the extremely talented Jason J. Koharik and asked: "If I send you an old 1970s horse trailer, can you turn it into a bar?" As he would later report, with deep hesitation, he replied: "I can make you a 1920's, French brassiere Gypsy wagon...?" And the rest is history.
